Why no laptops, everyone else gives laptops?

It has been observed that most students have their own preferences on laptops / PDA’s / Tabs. Everyone has preferences for different configurations; hence we have upgraded the IT infrastructure to match up to all devices possible. Also a lot of students have mentioned that they have already procured laptops and hence it does not make sense providing them with another one.
