Once you have your seat at the ceremony, you will be
unable to leave until the official closing has been

- The procession to the auditorium must be a tight
line at all times. Each graduate is asked to keep
their POSITION in line and follow directly behind
the person in front of them, as close as possible,
until reaching YOUR seat at the auditorium.
- You WILL NOT be able to leave the ceremony until
it is officially closed, as per protocol. Again, ALL
breaks have to be taken prior to 9-30 A.M. It is
informal to leave this prestigious event in the
middle. When the closing of the ceremony has been
announced, the graduates will rise and face towards
the centre aisle. Each row will file out
accordingly, starting from the last rows.
