IFIM Business School Embarks on Redefining the MBA:
Articulates 'Sprit & Values'.

IFIM has articulated ‘what it stands for’ by defining its ‘spirit & values’. This was propagated through a communication program for both internal and external stakeholders, kicked off by a presentation by Mr. Sanjay Padode to all faculty, staff and students.

‘Spirit’ is the soul of organization and ‘Values’ are the guiding principles, Mr. Padode mentioned. He emphasized on IFIM's idea of ‘Continuous Employability’ (as against just ‘Employment’), which is possible only when the individuals realize their true potential, so that they continuously add value to society. It enhances confidence to convert opportunities, which makes one sought after by employers.

Moving to IFIM's Values- ‘GURU’ he said that a guru is one who ignites the fire to learn and is highly inspirational.

The IFIM's ‘Spirit & Values’ are aimed at nurturing a team-spirit and bonding amongst all IFIM stakeholders for working towards a common goal and vision, he mentioned at the end of his address and conveyed a big Thanks to all who contributed to the discussion and were part of this session.
