An outstanding corporate trainer, Binita can independently address the entire corporate training value chain- analysing the communication need; design and customize training content as well as deliver and conduct individual assessments. She has worked with a vast array of companies like Caterpillar; Infosys; Symphony Teleca; Iron Mountain; Nous Infosystems; Larson & Toubro, Mysore; Mindtree; Optimal Strategix Group. Her academic affiliations include institutions like Jain University. In addition, Binita had been a consultant essay corrector with Education First for three years.

Prof. Binita has rich experience of managing clients during her stint with Advertising industry. She was a part of the Key Account Management team and managed multinational accounts like Lakme, Britannia, Balsara, Proctor and Gamble for eight years. In her role of managing client relationships, Binita managed a team of executives, analysed market research findings and coordinated with vendors to produce several winning brand campaigns.
